Watky is a now solo producer after formerly being in a duo. This is his first solo EP and it shows off his fine skills across two top tracks that find the UK artist “focusing on groove with music that will stand the test of time.”

Opening the EP is Suspected, which has sweet vocal samples and drums that are dialled back to the most essential bits. It is slick groove that will make a real mark. On the flip is Bauer, a fat bottomed groove with wild vocal stabs that light up the groove. It’s a real crowd pleaser but one with heart and rounds out a fine first solo EP.
