Return Policy

At MI4L, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with our easy and hassle-free return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, and final sale items, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons or clearance sales.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shop@musicis4lovers.com
  • Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  • We will issue you a return authorization and provide instructions for sending the item(s) back.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@musicis4lovers.com.

8. International Returns

  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
  • Please ensure that the package is marked as "returned goods" to avoid any additional customs fees.
