A concept originally launched back in October 2015, Toolroom’s ‘T1’ introduced a brand new album project series to the label for the very first time, pairing together artists from the roster to create unexpected and unique collaborations which celebrated their individual talents and their creativity. Five years on, the label now re-visits this concept and reveals the second instalment in the series, featuring the likes of Mark Knight, Friend Within, Amine Edge & DANCE and more.

A twist on the original format and idea, ‘T2’ saw collaborations drawn out of a hat at random by label boss Mark Knight via a Facebook live broadcast, with 36 artists paired up to create 18 new studio partnerships, combining fusions of styles and influences to offer up a fresh album packed full of exclusive and fresh tracks.
