Italian duo The Deepshakerz release their effervescent ‘Twitch’ EP on Kittball this September.

Domy Berardino and Mirco Sonatore, aka The Deepshakerz, are two multi-faceted artists with material that has graced some of the finest imprints in the scene, including Defected, Snatch!, VIVa MUSiC, Toolroom, and more. They have gained support from the likes of Groove Armada, Mark Knight, and Roger Sanchez while building a strong reputation as remix artists for Todd Terry, Marshall Jefferson and Kerry Chandler. Following the release of their ‘Weird Chant’ EP on the label last year, they now return to Kittball to add another quintessential offering to the label’s rich catalogue.

The record opens with ‘Dondolo’, a sensual late-night anthem that combines chunky percussion with a sensational bassline and cavernous vocal snippets over its five and a half minutes span. On the flip, ‘Twitch’ is an energetic and atmospheric work of art that fuses rolling rhythms with warped effects and additional alluring vocals to complete this smashingly produced package in style.

‘Twitch’ by the Deepshakerz drops via Kittball on 9th September 2021.
