Following his debut on Hot Creations with the three-track ‘Less Is More’ EP (OUT NOW), we invited emerging Irish artist Lukey to pick out 10 tracks for us to find out a bit more about what does it for him! Here’s what he picked for us:

1.) The Project – Work That House

A 1988 R&S classic, such a timeless track with an unbelievably good groove. I already added this to my behind the artist feature but you know what they say if it’s nice play it twice!

2.) Triform – Vinaloop

Uplifting, High Energy banger! This is going to be a classic in years to come for sure.

3.) Unknown Artist – Baby Baby Please

Break beat goodness, with a beautifully recognisable vocal over the top. Bliss!

4.) KGB – Facemuzik (A1 untitled)

A 1994 Uk classic, unfortunately I still haven’t found a copy of this for my collection. The highest paid for one of these on Discogs was over €200, I can see why!

5.) The Trip – Big trouble

I will never get tired of hearing this beauty. It’s definitely up there with one of my favourite tracks ever, blows my mind every time I hear it!

6.) DMX krew – Molten Analogue

One of my Favourite Electro tracks from the Early 00s. Synthesis at its finest still.

7.) Fio Fa – Game Over

Proper nice old school vibes from the Dublin lad, it was tough to pick just one Fio Fa track but this is definitely the one for me.

8.) DJ Tjizza – Bromantic Raves

Simple but effective, amazing piece of work from DJ Tjizza. Another one of my favourites from this year.

9.) Phil weeks – It’s The Inside That Counts

A modern day classic, I heard this for the first time ever in Sankeys Ibiza years ago, It went off! Sometimes all you need is drums, bass and a good Vocal.

10.) Phillip Boss – Eurotheme

This track brings me back to a time before I even existed. Unreal euro house vibes from Phillip Boss, the whole EP is sick!
