Desert Hearts Records has made its latest additions with Gettoblaster and MADVILLA delivering their dancefloor-ready EP ‘Tear Da Club Up‘.

The title track is one of the two tracks included in the EP and adds vocals from the artist, Missy. ‘Tear Da Club Up’ incorporates a disco-inspired arrangement, arpeggiated synth riffs, and various iterations and samples of the track’s title phrase to create a track worthy of its name. Track number two, ‘The Ground‘, maintains that high thumping dancefloor energy and four-to-the-four rhythm making it another club-ready track to get bodies moving on the dancefloor.

The duo that comprises Gettoblaster combines styles of Chicago and Detroit in their origins, inspirations, and their production styles. They formed in 2014 with the foundation of their We Jack. imprint and added additional signings with labels like Toolroom, Defected, and Rawthentic. MADVILLA, based in London, UK, turned out to be a great pairing with the duo as his “ghetto deep” sound is very compatible with their “tough, Jackin’ House sound”. MADVILLA has managed to land releases on labels such as Strictly Rhythm, Food Music, Avotre and Seven Dials, as well as gain support from high profile artists such as Sidney Charles, Seb Zito, Roger Sanchez, Kenny Dope, Enzo Siragusa, Sante, Skream, Todd Edwards, and more.
