Acid Mondays bring EVERYTHING to Cuttin’ Headz. One of 2020’s most freaked-out unique tunes has arrived…

The cornerstone of The Martinez Brothers sets for the past year, actually making its debut at their fabric all nighter (we miss nights like those!), Acid Mondays bring together Ali Love, The Show and Wolfgang Haffner for this very special outing.

The track ‘accidentally’ emerged out of late night sessions at their studio in Ibiza. ‘Everything’ is a kinetic house tune with tripped out synths and darkly psychedelic vocals. It’s one for illicit afterparties and freaky spaces. As well as a dub mix that focusses even more on the fantastic drums, The Martinez Brothers join the action with a superb stripped-back and techier remix that kicks like a mule.

Acid Mondays: the duo of Alex and Dan come to Cuttin’ Headz with a rep for releasing on some of the world’s finest electronic labels. Collaboration with Nightmares on Wax on Warp Records, and a critically acclaimed release on R&S Records, amongst others, have set them on a path. Before the hiatus they have toured all over the globe performing at clubs and parties such as Fabric, The Mirage, Warung, Rhonda, Rumors and Elrow, as well as completing the 6th year of their residency at Circoloco in Ibiza. 

Ali Love: frontman, songwriter, musician and straight up entertainer, the inimitable Ali Love, who has worked with the likes of Chemical Brothers, Roisin Murphy and Camelphat, and released on key labels like Hot Creations and of course been the voice of the peerless Hot Natured. 

The Show: And making his debut it’s clubland legend J.C. Cronjager aka The Show. Originating from Sacramento, California, from a young age hip hop, the grateful dead and reggae music were his musical influences until he discovered dance music at his first rave in the mid nineties. As time went on he started freestyling at after parties and basically making a fool out of himself. This earned him his moniker. This is the first outing for The Show but one that’s eagerly anticipated. 

Wolfgang Haffner: This is THE German jazz drummer with 30 years experience in the game and proper legend status. Wolfgang collaborated with Acid Mondays on their 2013 track ‘El Recorrido’, has a ridiculous jazz discography, as well as link ups with esteemed dance royalty Ricardo Villalobos.
