Joluca return to Understated Recordings for a 3-tracker consisting of two new originals and a re-release of their previous smash “Rising” from last year’s All of U|S, VOL / 001 compilation.

Coming off a slew of bass-heavy house cuts in 2018, the lead track, “Tonight (I Need You)” hints at an adventurously melodic side of the duo. “Signals” serves as a reminder of Joluca’s soft spot for simple and effective groove-driven tracks. If the two new ones were to ever be referred to as an A and B side, A would stand for anthemic, and B for bumpin’. Or as Joluca like to say, “hands in the air / hands in your hair.”

“Signals” is out on March 22nd, via Understated Recordings.
